Step into the magic
Our Grotto is designed as an experience from the moment your family arrives. The lighting, decorations, characters and journey build towards that special meeting with Father Christmas.
Visits will operate in carefully managed 10-minute time slots, with the number of family bookings per slot controlled so the experience keeps moving without feeling rushed.

Tell us what your family would be interested in and we’ll email you when dates, prices and 10-minute arrival slots are released. Registering your interest is free and is not a confirmed booking. All suggested extras are provisional and final choices and prices will follow.
A clear choice of Santa gifts
Each child’s ticket will include a small wrapped, age-appropriate token gift from Santa. This is intended as a festive gesture, not a high-value toy. Before you pay, we will show clear photographs and descriptions of the included token gifts. If you would prefer a more substantial present, you can select a Premium or Super Deluxe upgrade and choose from the displayed age-appropriate options. The gift reserved for your child will match the option selected; if availability changes, we will contact you rather than make an unexpected substitution.
